Commercial Manager Appointed & Staff Structure Confirmed

North Wales Crusaders are pleased to confirm an extended staffing structure for the 2024 season, including the appointment of a commercial manager as the club looks to expand its commercial output as well as drive brand awareness across the region.

Having already overseen the implementation of our new website, membership scheme and new marketing strategy, Josh Antoniou takes up the position following a connection with the club which spans back to 2014, originally joining as a media assistant and going onto become media manager before leaving to persue other work opportunities.

Josh will be supported in his role by media and marketing assistant Conrad Anderson.

Darren Morson continues in his role as operations manager, overseeing all aspects of the men's first team, as well as administrative duties at the club with both reporting back to the board and CEO, Andy Moulsdale.

As always, the club is also grateful for the continued support of our volunteers, including all those who provide matchday support and we look forward to an exciting year ahead.

On taking his new position, Josh said: "I'm really excited to be back involved at the club and to be working alongside some fantastic people in helping the club grow in 2024.

"Despite a difficult season off the pitch in 2023, the club continued its success on it, and we're now really looking forward to getting back in front of our amazing fanbase in Colwyn Bay, and expanding the club's commercial offering over the course of the coming year."
