North Wales Crusaders are delighted to secure the services of loose forward, Louis Else, who arrives in Colwyn Bay on a one-year-deal for the 2024 season.
Else is recruited from the amateur game, arriving from Leigh East where he has had stints as captain and vice captain.
The 26-year-old was ever present last season and was vice captain of the team that made it to the NCL final, where he scored a try.
Else has represented Lancashire at under 18's level and was also voted player's player of the year at the club's end of season awards as well as picking up player of the year.
On signing for North Wales Crusaders, Else said: "Carl Forster approached me to come down to training and I have loved every minute of it so far."
Carl Forster, Crusaders head coach, added: "I’m really happy that Louis has decided to step up and give it a real good go.
"He’s been outstanding in training and put his best foot forward every session.
"You can see the improvements already in his skill set since his first session with us, and I’m looking forward to working with him this year”.
