15:08 - We're awarded a penalty as Barrow are pulled up for laying on, but we fail to make use of the ball knocking on and handing possession back to the hosts.
15:10 - We show strength in defence keeping Barrow out only to cough up possession 10m out from out own line following a handling error.
15:12 - Try Barrow! The home side respond making good use of their field position and Ryan Shaw runs through to score. 6-6.
15:17 - Try Barrow! The host take the lead, making Crusaders pay for conceding consecutive penalties, Tom Wilkinson goes over. 12-6.
15:22 - Try Barrow! Barrow are beginning to show their class as James Greenwood finishes a nice move to extend the home side's lead. Conversion missed, 16-6.
15:25 - Try Barrow! It's proving to be a tough start as Barrow continue to dominate despite our strong start. Ryan Johnson is over on this occasion. 22-6.
15:29 - TRY CRUSADERS!! We compose ourselves together and hit back through Toby Hughes, Abel adds the extras. 22-12.
15:31 - Far from a bad showing up to now and Carl Forster will have plenty of positives to take from this first-half.
15:32 - Try Barrow! An incorrect play of the ball sees the hosts awarded a penalty, and they make us pay for the mistake as Luke Cresford runs over. 28-12.
15:37 - We're in a good attacking position taking head a feed 20m out from the Barrow line.
15:39 - Good attacking pressure is matched by equally good defence from the home side.
15:40 - Half-Time, Barrow 28-12 North Wales Crusaders. It's a good showing against higher league opposition with the main difference coming as the home side punish our errors.
15:55 - Kick-Off - Ryan Shaw gets us back underway here at Craven Park! 28-12.
16:00 - Following a stoppage in play to deal with a Crusaders injury, we knock-on at the restart and hand Barrow possession.
16:08 - Both teams completing sets and making changes as they rotate their squads in this pre-season encounter.
16:10 - Try Barrow! The home side open the second half scoring as Ryan Johnston finishes off a nice move down the wing.
16:17 - An even contest at present as both sides look to attack with the night drawing in here in Barrow. 32-12.
16:28 - TRY CRUSADERS!! We're in again as Pat Ah Van marks his return to the club with a try out wide! 32-16.
16:31 - Abel slots over the conversion as an attendance of 934 is announced including a notable away following! Thank you all for your continued support! 32-18.
16:34 - FULL TIME! Barrow Raiders 32-18, Carl Forster will be taking the positives from this one as we've shown fantastic spirit against higher league opponents in our first run out of the year.
